John McCain has lost his bearings
Obama accuses McCain of 'losing his bearings' - Yahoo! News
its true, john mcCain cannot remember shiites or sunnis, he thinks that al qaede is in iran (fucking hilarious if you have any concept of middle east politics) and he has had more senior moments in the last month than most senior citizen viewers do during wheel of fortune....a vote for grandpa munster is a vote for alzheimers

I still can't believe McCain delivered the line about Hamas endorsing Barack Obama. I hope people are smart enough to see that McCain is using fear tactics to scare up support because he has nothing else going for him. McCain really is a loose cannon, I can't wait for the general election to witness all the craziness.
McCain is definitely sensitive about his age. Keeping with tradition of parading around his ancient mother, I heard on the news today she is appearing in a new television ad with him.

Quoting from the article:
Quote:
McCain's campaign issued an angry response that accused Obama of trying to divert attention from a legitimate question by raising McCain's age.
"He used the words 'losing his bearings' intentionally, a not-particularly-clever way of raising John McCain's age as an issue," McCain adviser Mark Salter said. "It is more than fair to raise this quote about Senator Obama, because it speaks to the policy implications of his judgment."
|
WOW!....I can just see the seething anger in that quote. It's unmistakable. I suppose that it's not too important that it's not a quote from McCain, but rather an advisor. Oh no, that don't matter. McCain is pissed I'm telling you!

Source of bolded stuff?
Anyways, this is a fail for the McCain campaign. The losing marbles/bearing phrase refers to confusion, not age.

I don't understnad what all the hooey is about anyways. The comment seemed to clearly refer to McCain using dirty politics with regards to the Hamas line, despite McCain's assurances that he'd run a positive campaign.
I've got to say though, that if and when they debate, Obama is going to bury McCain. I watched a lot of the Republican debates, and McCain is not a good debater. Combine that with his temper, and things could get interesting.

Obama is possibly the worst debater on policy issues out of all the candidates that ran for either party besides Rudy who was hilarious to watch during the debates. In the General Election it isn't about personality like it is in the primaries (since most candidates in the same party will have the same policies), it is about policies and plans. Obama will be forced to say how he is going to fund all of his cute little plans and this won't happen. McCain is a much more seasoned politician than Obama and should be able to use this for his advantage. Obama has gotten buried in every debate he has had with Clinton when actual policies and issues have been discussed. Plus I am pretty sure the mass-media is holding off on the Bill Ayres thing until the general election. THe only reason that thing hasn't hit it off yet is because Ayres is a real supporter of Obama and does the smart thing and refuses to take interviews.

McCain has an uphill battle, but he also did for the republican nomination.
