nope. israel can do it but not with conventional weapons. israel lacks the resolve to launch a nuclear first strike therefore it will be unable to completely cripple iran before suffering a devastating retaliation aimed at israeli civilians.
this of course will result in an israeli retaliation on iranian civilians and eventually to irans complete decimation. many innocent people will unnecessarily lose their lives.
if the use of unconventional weapons and the loss of many many lives is ok with the US then israel will do it on its own.
