I suppose it's normally the practice in major skyscraper collapses to let the rubble sit for days, even weeks or months, perhaps to let it age to perfection. Hence, you can make this claim with something approaching authority. I take it you've likewise ruled out that searching for survivors (something that is, actually, commonly done when buildings collapse and di occur at the WTC) was a factor in carting everything off. __________________
