Apparently Jacob Zuma is "shocked and embarrassed" at white poverty in South Africa.

Now, tell me if I'm way off the mark here, but doesn't it just stand to consequence that when you implement legislation disparaging a certain group of economic opportunity that they will become impoverished?

africa will always be screwed as long as africans live there the way they are now. i shouldnt say that, but its true, but man the ones i know around here are awesome and hard workers, but for some reason the continent will continue to destroy itself.
