How can you NOT be for for gun control?

Should clinically insane, the underaged and convicted violent criminals be allowed to purchase guns without case by case control?

Gun control doesn't equal gun prohibition. It's people who kill, the guns are just tool. But they are very expedient for their purpose aren't they?
Sensible gun licensing, not free for all gun shopping is what a society needs IMO.

Hey if some midwest republican filled town wants to let clinically insane people get guns, I say let them.

That's the real issue right there and it effectively dismantles a large portion of pro-gun arguments.

Few gun-control advocates are actually in favor of completely removing all guns from society but rather, limiting their exposure and the expanding the process to obtain a gun.

That's something I don't understand. Can you explain why you think so?

The campus was made a gun-free zone either by local law or the university itself I can't remember which right now.

I guess the gunman didn't get the memo.

I think he is referring to the limitations on students from possessing fire arms while on campus.

It's funny how people think if every one had a gun there will never be any crime. Most people I know who own guns are hot heads to began with. But hey I guess if I had a gun we could have a gun fight and every thing will be solved. After all shoot outs solve every thing.

So, students should walk around with guns on campus?
Wouldn't that, on a national basis, bring about more gun-related episodes on campus grounds?

1 insane killer perpetrating a killing spree vs 1000's of gun episodes probably involving alcohol, drugs, depression, jealousy etc.

i guess the difference in the number of fatalities at Vtech and the appalician law school isn't something you are aware of.
