I haven't said anything new to him. He just refuse to see the answers located throughout the thread. If 5 people are eating 70 out of 100 pieces of the cake, they should have to shell out more money to keep it that way. It's not like after all that taxes they become poor and homeless (Unless of course you are actually a poor guy that pretends to be all that shit on the internet). In fact, they are still incredibly wealthy and have access to things commoners can only dream of.

Secondly, it's a way to ensure more even distribution of wealth. As statistics will show you, a country will a large wealth gap experiences significantly more acute social problems. I am not advocating taking everything from the rich and redistribute it, but have a system in place that ensures everyone pays for their share of the pie.

Man, this isn't even fair. I've never seen a beat down as big as this. I think it's inevitable that Luba gets a new title from this.

I know. I've repeatedly posted the same facts and he ignores it.

It has to be recognized that in terms of services the rich do pay way more in taxes than they use (even in the usa).

Depending on your vantage point you could argue the rich do benefit disporopotioaney from the political and economic infrastrucure

But in the end its obv that there is a redistributive effect in play.
