Head of FEC to be fired because of McCain remark.

The head of the FEC Roger Mason is going to be fired by the Bush Admin. and all indications point to the reason as being the statement he made about McCain. The statement basically said that IF McCain switches from public to private financing he MIGHT be breaking the law. For that statement he will be canned as soon as the Bush Admin. can break Harry Reid's stall of the FEC election process. This also shows that if you mess with McCain you mess with the Bush Admin. didn't they hate each other in 2000.

McCain and Obama both said they'd only use public funding so no "old politics" of huge dontations by corporations muddle things.

good thing Obama reneged on that as soon as he realized he cant use a lot of money that way.

at least McCain stayed honest. Obama was full of bullshit like usual. go figure that one.

Obama didn't break the Law because he didn't sign a bank loan stating that he would pay it back with public financing McCain did.

he was supposed to. he and mccain agreed to that, he then let McCain do it, then conveniently changed his mind. he didnt want a fair race. fuck that, lets have some fair play....not some bullshit political moves trying to give a side a huge advantage.
