Bush did nothing to stop 9.11 - did you forget that?

Did you idiots forget that Bush was warned of the attacks. Did you forget about the August 8 PDB that stated Bin Laden was gearing up for an attack?

Gore would have had a much better shot at stopping 9.11.

Bush went on vacation.

I'm just curious, how would have Gore had a better shot at stopping 9.11?

So Muslims, like most Democrats, are optimistic about Obama having the potential to advance the promotion of peace in the Middle East. That obviously means Obama supports terrorism, is a "secret Muslim" and Osama bin Laden is going to be his Vice President.

Yet even as we speak, there are those who are preparing to divide us, the spin masters and negative ad peddlers who embrace the politics of anything goes. - Barack Obama

How many republicans in this thread have set foot on a college classroom for any reason other than to mop the floors?

You're telling people they have juvenile views, when your own arguments would get you a failing grade from a high school teacher.

Because he possesses 10x the brains and political skills necessary to correctly identify and ascertain what needed to be done. He would not have been in this Dubya fantasy-bubble that was void of reality. Bush didn't realize he was actually supposed to do anything, he though his job of winning the election was really all he was supposed to do. Cheney et al were too busy dismantling the Clintonian infrastructure.

Gore is a very smart man, a diplomat, a true government official. I think he would have taken the PDB threat seriously and would have talked to the CIA and FBI more closely. Who knows, but I think it's fair to say that Gore would have had a better shot at stopping 9/11.

I assume you concede that Bush is a failure by all accounts. I assume you will respect that the job is something that should not just be given to any schlub that can get votes. I hope you understand this wave of conservatives shouldn't be running government because it is known that they don't like government. Leave government jobs to people that thrive in those areas.

We are SOOOO much better off when those violent fucks hate our president...... hate is such a great way to stop terrorism and terrorist recruiting.

The last thing we want is to have a president that make it harder for the terrorist to vilify our nation.

The fact that you asked the question, demostrates why people like you should not be voting. Bush was warned and did absolutely nothing. Any responsible adult would have done a better job at preventing 9-11.

But go ahead, keep electing rich, spoiled brats into office and see where your country ends up.

Do you guys really think that Hamas thinks they'll help their favorite candidate win by endorsing them? Do you guys really think that Hamas thinks we all are going to vote for Obama because they endorsed him??? Are you guys really that dense? Hamas may be stupid morally, but not stupid intellectually.

The NeoCons and their pro-war/anti-civilian policies enable extremist organizations recruit and brainwash ordinary citizens who would otherwise have no interest in extremism.

I don't know about Gore. But Clinton, Bush I, and Reagan probably would have. All 3 of them don't nearly compare to Bush II in terms of corruption and incompetence.

Yup. Thats exactly the reason why they were able to carry out 9/11 during the Bush administration. Oh wait. . . .
