Because he possesses 10x the brains and political skills necessary to correctly identify and ascertain what needed to be done. He would not have been in this Dubya fantasy-bubble that was void of reality. I assume you concede that Bush is a failure by all accounts. I assume you will respect that the job is something that should not just be given to any schlub that can get votes. I hope you understand this wave of conservatives shouldn't be running government because it is known that they don't like government. Leave government jobs to people that thrive in those areas.

I don't know about Gore. But Clinton, Bush I, and Reagan probably would have. All 3 of them don't nearly compare to Bush II in terms of corruption and incompetence.
