Like I said, we don't need to have our society or criminal justice system pander to extreme cases of people who have incurable tendencies. Castration is, as crazy as it sounds, not going to stop a lot of sexual predators. Their brains are firing off impulses not always related to their genitalia, and will continue to be drawn to temptations in their environment.

Again. Lock them up in a brick room called prison and that's that. Let them eat and do whatever it is they do in their brains. Some may even acknowledge their problems and feel culpable to the point where they consent to experimental testing about their disorders, so that we may better our understanding, prevention, and treatment of terrible behavior.

What she did was terrible and sick, but it doesn't strengthen your argument one bit. You're in a circular track of "If X is bad enough, we must do Y ". I'm not advocating we let people run around willy nilly after partaking is bad behavior, but you can't just give the government over arbitrating who lives and dies, only when and where they exist (public, prison, solitary, deportation, not near schools etc...)
