evil's a dumb, egocentric, concept. you're looking at someone or group who you see affecting yourself or others only negatively and assume that the only thing they're about is wickedness and destruction.
it's an ants and grasshoppers situation, where you never see the grasshoppers chillin' around the plasma screen, chillin' with homies, drinkin' forties, and smacking the wife on the ass. all you see is them rading anthills and think theat's all they're about.
there are definitely certain people who are harmful enough to warrent death or imprisonment though.

Yes but they are not "evil", they are just deemed "evil" because they are bad for society.

The question is who instilled a sense of conscience in each of us? Did we evolve a sense of morality that benefits our chances for survival, or did a creator imput a sense of morality in each of us?

Hmm ...
Some people believe (me included) that it is the same thing: Nature = Creator.

They do believe it is wrong, that is my argument, they just suppress their conscience.
Serial killers and serial rapists know what they are doing is wrong. Even the criminal justice system recognizes this, they only receive a more lenient sentence if they are deemed to be mentally ill.

Evil is what you say to explain actions to children or a group with child like minds.
The I see it, there are only things that hurt me or help me.
I only use evil to villify someone who does the former.

The concept of evil is like the concept of religion.. it's the blight that corrupts the mind. There is no evil.
Don't get me wrong, I don't condone actions that are not in line with my own beliefs, and I'm willing to fight for what is good and what is bad in my own mind, but that doesn't change the fact that good and evil are only subjective ideologies.

Then, it truly exits for you.

It truly exists for anyone. However, it's only subjective. It exists in the mind. There is no absolute quantifiable evidence of good or evil.
