Probably a good idea, though I honestly don't know which countries not on that "fuck off" list have the military capability to deal with the problem. You probably know better than I do. I just remember when they sent the U.N. troops into Rwanda and they pretty much got run out of the place in a couple days. I guess my point is: if you're gonna intervene, make damn sure you drop the hammer and get the job done. Don't try to do it on the sly, or hide it from the public, because you're just asking for another Mogadishu if you do.
