German babies right to vote? Hile Barney!

I was laughing at the Flint MI police cracking down on sagging pants. It is a very annoying fashion statement, but one that police can find very useful. I have personally seen at least 5 foot chases foiled because the fucking idiot with the sagging pants could not run away. Just goes to show you that you should not emulate a fashion started in prison. The criminals that end up in prison are usually pretty stupid, so why try to copy them? I kind of wish that the prison fashion of having another guy hold on to the inside of your pcoket would catch hold.

I think the saggy pants in prison came about because the prisons could not provide good fitting pants to many of its prisoners. It could also be that prisoners figured saggy clothing helped them conceal stuff.
