So there are no limits to this right?
You support allowing felons to purchase firearms?
People under the age of 18?
Should they all be allowed to purchase not only firearms but ANY type of firearm?
A M249 Light Machine Gun?
Should it be legal for a convicted felon to walk out of prison, visit a gun show and walk out with as many firearms of any variation he desired?

Heroin is much harder to obtain now than if you could go to the local pharmacy and pick some up. However because of the nature of the beast this doesn't stop people from obtaining heroin.

You grow heroin, manufacturing high quality firearms is a bit different

A few hoops seems like a reasonable amount

A thug only needs a knife because there is no way a little old lady can defend herself without a firearm.

Any decrease in available weapons would have an impact, it wouldn't put decent American citizens through any real hardship while making it slightly more difficult for a criminal to attain a firearm
