The Democrats, and the whole country for that matter, fell victim to a great con-man named George W. Bush. He never conned me though, never. I can't believe people still like him despite all the death and suffering he brought.

CS you are so shameless in you attempts to throw dirt on democrats and turn attention away from the true barers of responsibility. Like I already pointed out, opposing a Presidentially pushed war that is publicly supported is political suicide... bottom line, whether they truly did or not, Democrats were essentially forced to support the war and of course the troops. How many fucking times have I heard on TV from a Republican - "The Democrats are going to ruin soldier moral with their attitude".... This is also under the premise that the Democrats "authorized" Bush to carry out war; a war that Bush and his boys justified through home cooked evidence and deceitful insinuations about the link between AQ and Iraq. You already decided to oppose of logic and reason in the other thread containing the video documenting the lies and contradictions by Bush, Cheney and the lot.

If anything, the Democrats who opposed the war had close to no choice to publicly support it. Shame on the Republicans and Bush for putting them in such a forcefully partisan position. For the Democrats who supported Bush, these are people who still, at that time, had faith in the man and probably wanted to believe that he had good intentions based on real information. Instead, more lies and deceit meant not only to trick SHEEP like you but meant to sway and trick Democrats willing to put aside partisan politics and support our president. Bush USED THAT SUPPORT and ABUSED IT COMPLETELY.

You are always getting fired up about how people don't support Bush; case in point, the thread regarding Bush being called a devil "in our house!!!"..... No one trusts him or values him anymore, including Democrats who actually did support him in reality, because the man is simply untrustworth. He lies, denies, absolves, dodges, redirects and deceives. Its pretty clear at this point just how much information was forced and cooked; its clear now from former administration people, that Bush and his team held no intention of planning out anything beyond the invasion. Its pretty clear that they are not on UNTRUSTWORTHY BUT INCOMPETANT.

Only sheep believe Bush

As you are shameless in your witch hunt on the Bush Admin, that any common sense gets immediately tossed out the window the minute a cut and paste video begins it's circulation via the internet. Whats funny as fuck is that you accuse Bush of being a retard, then in the next plan dub him some evil genius who duped the naive democrat congressmen.

They had plenty of choice, but the seat of power is a far greater opiate than is doing the right thing. Ted Kennedy knew something was up and voted his conscience. The rest of them were weak minded individuals afraid to lose thier seats to vote on a popular war.

I don't give a flying fuck whether people support W or not in this country. I do however take exception to a foriegn leader coming into our country and remarking about the President of the United States...so does Charles Rangel and Nancy Pelosi (2 Democrats I never agree with, except this point)

If I were you I'd be on the horn pronto to your congressman or senator who voted for the war. You knew Bush wanted it, so his share of the blame rests squarely with him. Your anti-war champions however are either A) Stupid B) Incompetantly Naive or C) too drunk with political power they vote according to what is popular to retain thier seat. If I were a leftist I'd be fucking pissed that someone who preaches anti-war fucking voted for war.

The thing is Octavian...you paint me as partisan. I am partisan...partisan to my beliefs. I don't pretend to be non partisan. You claim your beliefs are mainstream, but your post history disagrees with you. At least with me you know what you are getting.

Does this mean that everyone now admits that the war in Iraq was a HUGE FUCKING mistake???

Vote them all out. Invent three new parties with new colors, prevent corporate interests from corrupting them and lets have a do over. There is still time to save this ship and the honor of our troops.

My bad.... Bush is a retard - Karl Rove, Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz...etc are evil plotters who are successful in areas of deceit.

Sorry I didn't realize that you'd be slimy enough to try and argue about the ridiculous semantics of phrases and reference. I've heard you make this tired old commentary on other threads before and every time its exactly that tired and useless in what we are talking about.

You wanna get mad at me for indicting Bush?? go ahead, the man and his entire administration deserves it. If your head wasn't up your sheep ass, maybe you'd be able to look at reality like most other people and see Bush for the sack of shit he, his administration and his presidency have been

To say that a video you haven't even watched apparently has washed away all common sense is more revealing of your own lack of common sense and ability to reason.

Did you know that, before the attack/invasion/occupation of Iraq? Would it have mattered to you? I think it would have changed a lot of US citizens opinions if they'd all known about that.
Thank you. We were originally pissed at Iraq for not using the weapons we sent them on someone we wanted dead.

I supported the war at the time because I thought maybe there were weapons. Unfortunately the Administration lied, and had everyone believing their bullshit. I believe its around a 30% approval rating for how we are handling Iraq right now. Nice.
