actually most cops i know personally, wrestle and train submission grappling pretty regularly. but by all means, feel free to put your hypothesis to the test next time you see an officer of the law. come back, if you can, and let us all know how that went for you
btw, cops carry pepper spray, batons, tazers, guns, etc because of criminal pussies who are scared of their own shadows unless they have they 9 yo'.
