All were justified. I'm not a cop hater (any more than the average black male hates cops, anyway), but they can seriously do no wrong here. Scares the shit out of me.

The guy that was playing the music too loud was shot because the officer's arm was trapped in the window, then the driver tried to run away dragging the police officer. He had no choice but to shoot the driver.

Yeah, I know. I was gonna add that but I figured it wouldn't matter much anyway. I probably should've, though.

Incorrect. First of all, his partner shouldn't have been up in the guy's window anyway. A knock on the window and a comment to turn down his music would've been enough. How he got his arm stuck inside the guy's car is beyond me.
They approached the situation incorrectly and when it got out of hand, they reached for their guns. Officers put their lives on the line. Its in the job description. People shouldn't have to worry about their lives because of loud music. Find other ways to get the car to stop or free your partner.

Anyone that actually defends the pig in this case is a retard. Not only was the Metro cop in the wrong, but I hope this guy get's a good lawyer, because under military law any service member can ask to see any other service members ID card. The cop refused, so he broke military law. So already the guy was in the wrong. Also impersinating (sp?) an officer is automatic brig time, so I hope they find out that this jackass was lying about his rank so he can have a plane ride to Leavenworth.

Not only that but casino security can get away with whatever they want in that town. I'm sure you being from Vegas have seen some shit. I was at Body English in the Hard Rock a year ago and the bouncers/security roughed up this black guy pretty bad just because some bitch that didn't like him hitting on her lyed to security and told them that he grabbed her ass. Then they kicked me out of the club just for telling them what had happened.

The guy that said he was an officer in the army was TSA not metro. TSA makes metro police look like genius tree huggers. They hire the biggest idiots with the biggest egos for TSA. I could easily see a TSA officer doing something like this.
I do work as a contractor and we have to get people ID badges to work there and they have to be renewed annually. One of the things we have to do is provide annually a statement of wages, I took down a statement of wages for all my people that work there except myself since I don't do the physical work. The guy asked where mine was I told him I didn't have one but I would fill it out. I filled it out in front of him and signed it. He refused to take it because I didn't have a notary verify it was my signature, for the reason that there was no way to verify it was my signature without a notary seal. Then he threatened to have me thrown in jail for "falsification of a TSA document".
There is a policy that if an airport badge is lost or stolen you are to report it within 24 hours, pay a replacement fee and get a new badge. One of my employees had his car stolen and the when he reported it within 12 hours or so he was threatened with jail.
I have dozens of these stories, the best involve faulty card readers and people being detained because "airport card readers are never broken".
