Oh is this the thing the D.O.D. spent $250 million dollars on? A quarter of a billion dollar search and rescue.
I guess the new thing will be kidnapping Americans. After all if you can get the Federal goverment to spend that much money on something you can quite economically get the U.S. of A. to spend itself bankrupt.
