What has any previous president done to be worthy of Office?

people keep saying Obama hasn't done anything

but what is the criteria?

what has Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Carter, or anyone done before becoming president?

Reagan was into politics back inthe 1960s. 14 years of experience.

Kennedy had 14 years too as a rep and a Senator.

Clinton was a rep for 8 years and worked on the McGovern campaign in Texas.

Carter was a Gov for 4 years but we sa how that turned out.

Ford was Rep for 25 years.

Is it mere coincidence that some of the best presidents in history were military men? Who knows for sure, but maybe their combat experience gave them a unique insite when making foriegn affairs decisions.

i'm not asking for experience in terms of, how long a person has been an incumbent

they could be an incumbent for 30+ and not do anything of great significance

people say Obama hasn't done anything...well what have the others done before they became pres

They would not have been in that role for that long if they did not.

this is where the experience comes in. You learn your way around. You vote in sessions(Obama was not present in 140 decisions)
