A slip of the tongue over the number of states is very different from fabricating being under sniper fire or making the mistaken assertion that Iran was training Al-Qaeda. instead of Shiite insurgents who are fighting on the opposing side of Al-Qaeda, a Sunni terrorist group, in the Iraq civil war.

No reasonable person believes Obama thinks there are 57 states. He obviously meant 47, but his brain is so used to thinking "50 States" so he jumbled them together.

Hillary on the other hand is either lying or delusional and McCain needs to brush up on his Middle Eastern foreign policy.

For someone who makes a big deal about the other candidates misspeak about extremist groups in Iraq that are supported by Iran claiming that McCain has "Lost his bearings" because of it, he better get the number of states in the union right.

At least blame those responsible, the DNC stripped these two states of their delegates, not the Obama campaign.
