Man, this is the shit that pisses me off about
some Cops and
certain other "law enforcement" officials. Here we have a non-violent protest, and they start shooting random people, injuring them (possibly blinding them if they were a few inches off, when the lady got shot in the forehead). And this shit happens all the time, usually only at leftist protests and gatherings.
You don't see those same PIGS shooting Billy-Bob at the anti-Abortion protests, do you?
This is called AUTHORITARIANISM and this is a prime example of how we are currently slipping slowly toward AUTHORITARIANISM with our increasingly repressive laws concerning protest and dissent, and of course, national security.
When cops think it is "funny" to ASSAULT innocent, peaceful civilians during a protest, in order to control them, you can see how we have become more authoritarian since 9/11:

pro-Authoritarian right wingers come back with the witty "Those are rubber bullets! They don't hurt!" let me point out this... they DO fucking hurt. THat is why they use them. If they didn't hurt, it wouldn't be much of a crowd control device, now would it? They don't kill, but they injure, can blind, and they hurt like hell. Those aren't paint balls...
