GOD I HATE COMCAST CABLE WORKERS!!!!!
I went to pay my cable bill today, and the fat, asshole pig working at the Comcast center told me I owe a $5 fee because I didn't follow the rule of paying my bill by the 30th of the month. I mean, she could've waived it, but she was a fat pig and I hate all comcast workers- they are all just out to make profits for Comcast and are just out to screw me!!!!!!
I also hate all apartment complex managers. I got fined $100 for paying my rent on the 10th rather than the 1st.. I told her I was getting drunk a lot and didn't have the money until the 10th, and she could've let it slide, but she didn't. Gawd, all apartment complex managers are just fat, lazy, dumb pig cocksuckers and they only care about screwing me and getting the profits for their parent company higher!!! I hate them all!!!
Do I sound dumb?

Yes you do, and I think you make a great point. This doesn't mean that law enforcment in America isn't geared towards filling up prisons.

You would only be a renegade around here. I'd say over 85% of the people I've encountered on the job like cops. They are almost always friendly to me, and me to them. Many of them just ignore me, or better, don't even notice me because they are busy living their lives. It is really only a small % of the population that hates cops. And only a small % who love us unquestionably. Most are just normal people who know cops do a tough job, respect us for that, are friendly to us as we are to them......and really dont' think much about cops because they live their law abiding lives and hardly ever come in contact with cops because of that. Funny concept, but its true.
If a cop has zero contact with the public during a shift, he did his job. That mean people lived their lives according to the law and the cop stayed out of the way.

It isn't. I've never been told once in 15 years on the job that my job is geared towards filling up prisons. You know what I have been told, since you are a naive college kid who has 0 days lived in the real world:
Prison booking guard: "WTF, why are you bringin people in on simple possesion and public drunk. We are too full, stop make chickensh** arrests, cut em loose with a ticket."
From a Sgt: "Stop wasting time making dumb arrests. Stop taking manpower off the road on stupid arrest. The jail is too full and understaffed. Unless we gotta get em off the street, then leave it alone. Don't die tonight either."
From a chief of police: "For every 1 person you put in jail, you should put in the time to help 5 others avoid ever having to go."
Now, I know in your college classroom you won't hear about stuff like this. Which is why until you work one day in the real world, you should keep your uninformed comments restricted to the issues you do have experience in. Like campus coffee shops or the price of textbooks.

I don't know if you're not understanding something but I'll make it crystal clear. Those who claim to "hate all pigs" are fucking pussies who would be the first ones to get the shit beat out of them if there were none. Yet it's the corrupt cops and THE GOOD COPS, the good ones who don't turn in their bad cops for the sake of not being the "outcast" of their station. Ultimately this is what is giving cops a bad name overall.
I've had plenty of run ins with cops and to be honest, it's not hard to get out of things with cops. I once was pulled over with no insurance just after smoking a blunt. The cop had to have smelled the weed yet he only gave me a ticket for no front plate and let me on my way. Reason being, I treated that cop with respect, talked to him in an honest manner and clearly listened to all his shit about insurance.
I've had other instances similar to this with weed where the cops were completely just doing their duties, but not OVERDOING it.
Once the good cops start growing some cahones and not letting the bad ones off the hook then we might be able to love all coppers.

Because of privacy, I won't disclose that. I'm sure you can respect that. I wouldn't even say I was a cop except I hate when our profession gets smeared because a few YouTube Cops did something stupid, and those YouTube Cops are likely and rightfully unemployed now.
I will say where I used to work. Worked 8 years in Atlanta, 2 in Memphis. My wife runs a family business and I move as she does. The biz only operates in certain cities, but I can find work anywhere.
Why does it matter, BTW?

Holy shit are you kidding me? Ever heard of a little thing called politics? of course they don't admit it.
You are a beat cop, not a criminologist, you seem to know nothing about socio-economics, and the politics of the criminal justice system. Every post of yours I've read talks about the micro speeding ticket end of things.
You are flat out lying on these forums.
Crime prevention is not by any means the primary goal of corrections America, or policing for that matter. There is no evidence to suggest your current policing practices prevent crimes.
When ever there is billions of dollars involved there is a little thing called "corruption" involved.
Explain to me why some police departments in America don't receive public funding, and operation on liquidized assets of convicted offenders. Doesn't that seem fishy to you?
Your Chief of police, again only one man, is a political figure.
educate yourself on public relations.
