I am guessing that would have a lot to do with education, race percentages and ratios in prison and poverty.

What AIDS problem? AIDS is one of the most preventable diseseas, people just need to stop FUCKING so much, only then will the world problems of STDs and overpopulation be controlled.

AIDS is not a black thing, but what's going on is the same thing that happened w/Katrina. AIDS is exposing the inherent racism and inequality in America.
