Sounds like they may have killed the second shooter somewhere on the base. Also sounds like the first shooter was wearing a military uniform, still not confirmed it was a U.S. soldier.

Didn't a terrorist sympathizer in our Army do something similar on an Iraqi base towards the beginning of the second Iraq War? He didn't do nearly as much damage considering everyone was ready to fight anyways and on their toes.
