The little girl deserves a life sentence, or better yet just shoot her, no reason to give her three meals a day on the taxpayers dollar.

Calling the police inflames the situation, and you need to source your claim of her biting and scratching at the teacher, not that I find it unbelievable but you can't just claim that because you feel it's convenient for you to say.
That little girls lash out has nothing to do with the rest of her life, you have no idea of what her future will be like. Also, if the little girl was posing a health or safety rick to anybody, especially the other children, the teacher would have been justified to use physical force to remove her. There would have been an investigation, but if you can't handle that than you can't handle the job.

Kindergarten Girl Handcuffed, Arrested At Fla. School - News Story - WFTV Orlando
On what planet does it make sense to remove the kids who are acting properly from the classroom? Why are they being punished while this retard kid gets the attention of the teacher?
yeah, attacking a teacher isn't at all a predictor as to what kind of track this kid's on. If this kid's life was a stock I would short it, sit back, and get rich.
It's a 6 year old kid, without a weapon she's not a danger to anyone. The teacher would lose his or her job so quick for putting their hands on that girl. I see absolutely nothing unreasonable with calling the police to deal with this. This isn't your average kid causing a temper tantrum.

In a college English course I had there was a guy in there who didn't like me. I guess he thought that I was a sellout or something and would grill me every day. So one day, I got sick of his shit and asked him if he wanted to step out side. This really set him off and he started kicking desks and went outside to wait for me. My teacher was floored. We finished class I took off my watch, stepped outside, and proceeded to whip his ass. The cops were not called.

Why would the cops even carry out the arrest instead of calling the parents etc?!?!?!

The teacher problaby wouldn't have lost her job if the kid was posing a health or safety risk. She may have had some troubles but thats part of the job.

It's becoming quite evident that law enforcement officers in America have completely lost the ability to resolve anything informally.
