When did I become a suburban white kid? I guess I didn't get the memo

Oh and does anyone know of any boxers who use trapping techniques?

I just saw what he was doing in the 5th round, and it was awesome. I didnt see the other rounds, but I saw round 5, where he was moving his arms and moving his body very rapidly. It was such a smart move on his part! It kept Floyd Mayweather on the defense, which is what you need to do against Floyd, take away his speed, crowd him. By moving his arms in such a fasion, he didnt know when to actually counter punch or when to bounce out of range. Also, Zab knocked Floyd mayweather down with a right lead hook in round 2, glove touched the canvas.

I love that Zab Judah stuff. I don't know about 52 blocks though. Has Zab ever been to prison? I know of one Jailhouse Rock technique, and that is where you jump up, kick off a wall, and use that momentum to throw a right hand at your opponent. Jailhouse rock is used in confined spaces like, surprise, jail.

and lastly, Zab Judah got choked out to the point of unconsiousness by Floyd Mayweathers trainer, its insane.

Here is the highlight.

You earn that stuff in the streets just as you do in Prison. It's not all that hard to find really.

Both RJJ and Floyd did, and Toney does too at times. Floyd you can see in the Zab fight actually. There's a couple of instances where he pops his right hand up against Zab, then pops a hook with his left either over or under it. Cute little Wing Chun move. And it works.

Oh yeah and Augustus does, too when someone tries to attack him when he's doing the Drunken thang.

I watched the video, I have the fight on DVD, I can't see Roger choking Zab. The person who posted that youtube video had MANY angles to choose from. I watched it over and over, and Zab ran around the crowd the punch Roger in the back of the head. After that a wrestling/security fiasco where I guess something like that maybe could've happened.

Also, if you watch the whole fight, Judah was hurt badly in the 5th. An accumlation of body shots, and then PBF opening up some flurries nearly had him down. That is when he went to his "52 blocks" technique which was, frankly, totally ineffective. Although it was better than the "Runaway" technique he tried against Baldomir, or the "Chicken Dance" against Tsyzo lol.

Zab was using a "I'm not hurt, I swear" defense mechanism that boxers use when, surprise, they are hurt badly. Although VISUALLY appealing, it has no place in boxing, as Floyd quickly showed him.

This also why I always crack up when the little dumb fuckers on here yell and holler about how BJJ is the ultimate weapon in a street fight or that MMA is the complete street fighting art or how chuck lidell would beat anyone in a street fight.
I have seen with my own eyes in 8 years of working security from private parties to strip clubs a whole lot of supposed tough guys get beat down by someone purely because the other guy was more aggressive and didnt give a fuck.
This is all very true and is the reason I stopped "training" with other martial artists, It's still too far from the real thing and so much of it is wasteful and useless. I just got to the point where I couldn't stomach it anymore because I took fighting so seriously. When you know what a real fight is you look at things totally different and a lot humbler too.
