Icon2 Official SBC Sanctioned Gambling Discussion:

The SBC welcomes all forum members to the Sanctioned Gambling thread. This is the place where you get to discuss the odds on the fights, how you make your picks, where are the best places to bet (online or otherwise), and to brag about who won you how much and how good you are at picking winners.

**INTRODUCING SBC SANCTIONED SIG/AV bets!**

Sick of relying on Gentleman's agreements? Want to be sure your man pays his debt? Need Drunken enforcement? Not sure what to do if your opponent has stipulations? Well fear, not, the SBC now introduces sanctioned bets. Here's what you get:

- Enforcement of time-line penalty decided on by Gamblers. Your man WILL wear that embarrassing Av and Sig for the full term.

- Fair and just decisions regarding stipulations such as if your man has the SBC Championship Av, or your Av is a little larger than is normally allowed on the Forum.

- Tracking of time-lines agreed upon so as not to skirt a few hours or even minutes off of the term.

Contact an SBC Representative today or simply post the conditions of your bet and the agreement of your opponent in this thread, and be freed of back-alley ghetto Sig/Av betting. Render yourself a Sanctioned Gambler, not just a hooligan with a talent for picking Winners.

Have fun, and good luck laying it on the line for your Fighters.
-SBC Representative KK.

***SPECIAL NOTICE: Sig/Av bets do not override the wearing of the Sherdog Prediction Contest Championship Avatar. If the current Champion engages in a sanctioned bet and loses, the new Av will be submitted to the SBC and will replace the Championship Av as soon as the Champ loses the Title.

william hill, castillo 6/4 to win anytime, im sticking £50 on it, i think 16/1 for a draw is good odds aswell but its hard seeing it going the distance

You'll get a better price at Premier Bet, they have 17/10 for Castillo and 20's for the draw

the best place gamble is www.betfair.com the difference with betfair and other gambling sites is in betfair unlike other sites you are not beting against the site you are betting against other gamblers . you see betfair is a bet change were you can lay or back fighters horse etc .

most boxing fights have a 10% margin at least say for example a very close fight were both are level the bookies will make both fighters - 90 so they win either way .

IF you plan on betting JLC, wait until the day of to get your action in. Las Vegas is going to be flooded with Brits who will drive the Ricky line deeper and deeper. IF you plan on betting Ricky, get it in ASAP.

For general odds, go to vegasinsider.com for your regular sports bets. It will crosslist all of the Las Vegas sportsbooks. Know that when you bet online, you're giving away a decent chunk of your earnings to the vig.
