One moment was good on this training. Before you will begin boxing, first you must stretch. And these vomiting. He trains very hard. We will see. I saw these movies one month ago and i thought, that he likes to make it day by day. I hope, that it will bring progress.

Tito moves like pond water. I don't see him improving at all from his days of catching beatings from Chuck. I can only imagine what Silva, Shogun, and Machida would do to him.

Damn. Tito's got a lot more to learn.
It's a good thing he's working with Roach, because his boxing has been sub par in the past. The rematch with Forrest should be interesting.

He's already fought Machida. It was the kicks and knee to the liver that gave Tito problems, not the hands of Machida. Tito has a pretty good chin though, I mean just look at his head.

When Roach works with Manny in the ring, he looks alive and spry. Working with tito, it looks like he's about to spaz out due to Parkinsons.

Tito hasn't fought in forever, and he isn't getting any younger. He's been on the slide for a while and he sure the fuck isn't getting quicker or better on the feet. Since the Tito fight Machida wrecked Thiago, Rashad, and "beat" Shogun. If they fought again, Tito would get KTFO imo.
