Tito Ortiz training with Roach (vid)

Sorry if this was posted already.I am on sherdog all the time and have not seen it

Vids were posted on youtube already in August.If find it cool that many more MMA guys go to Roach.He can always improve their game and polish it.

I think it is pretty cool Freddie works with all these MMA guys. I know they probably pay him well, but they must look like such lamens compared to the guys he usually trains. I think it shows that Freddie just loves teaching boxing and would help out anyone he can.

I wonder how well Tito does sparring against Roach's 205'ers.

Thats exactly what i wondered also.Looks like maybe Tito just went there to get some training from Roach and not to spar his guys like Anderson did.
Or maybe they simply didnt put the vid up on utube for whatever reason(not the best performance?)

The whole training with Freddie is simply just a means for mma fighters to market themselves. The basic skills that can be applied from boxing to mma can be taught by any intermediate boxing trainer.
