ESPN's WW rankings=BS

check it out, Tszyu is not even ranked among the top 10 (nor is he top 10 in any other category). does anyone agree wit me this is bullshit?

Tszyu's last fight (Hatton) was June of 2005. Most ranking systems declare a fighter inactive if: a) they say they retire, or b) they haven't fought in a year. I think both apply in the case of Tszyu. Dan Rafael was always a big fan of Tszyu and had him as a top 5 p4p guy before the Hatton fight and a top 5 jr welterweight after it. I'm sure he omitted him because he considered him retired.

Fighters can't keep their ranking if they are inactive a long time (usually over a year). Else Ali would still be #1 ranked HW nowadays.

Why would he be ranked at WW? He fought his entire career at 140 and hasn't fought in over a year.

Zab is a better win than any of the bums Margarito has been beating up.

Yup, he's not an active WW.
As in not active, and not established at WW.

Margarito's good, but ranked as high as you can reasonably put him, maybe higher.
