Calzaghe/Kessler

How do you guys see this fight going? My roommate is an amateur boxer and avid fan and swears by Calzaghe. I have seen a couple Calzaghe fights and he is a beast for sure, be neither of us know anything about Kessler really (other than he appears to have a huge right hand). I am interested in placing a fat wager on this one with Calzaghe at -160, but I could use some expert analysis first.

This really isn’t a great match up to bet on as it’s almost too close to call really. I give Calzaghe the edge but the overall thinking is pretty much split, maybe with J.C the very slight favourite.

I think Calzaghe wins a close decision in what should be FOTY material. But don’t be at all surprised to see Kessler’s hand raised, that guy is a scary dude with skills and power to burn.

I have put my money on Kessler. If it goes the distance Calzaghe will probably get the decision, mostly because it's his hometurf. I still think Kessler will take him in the late rounds. They show a lot of footage from his training on TV here, and damn he's in the shape of his life, hungrier than ever and he has 7 years on Calzaghe(I think).

Calzaghe is a beast, I think he will out box Kessler and the lift he will get from his home crowd will push him through to a UD win.
