Pavlik helps Hillary deliver Ohio

WBC/WBO middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik endorsed Hillary Clinton and helped her campaign in Youngstown. Bob Arum said he is going to get Miguel Cotto to help out Clinton in Puerto Rico.

Here's my story for the OC Register:

I saw that and was going to post about it yesterday. You need nothing further to know that boxing is alive and kicking. Even with all it's baggage, boxing is still the greatest sport in the world.

I like how Arum is going to get Cotto for the Puerto Rico primary. Cotto is God in Puerto Rico right now.

Cotto's been God in PR since his first pro fight. Which is a shame, because he seemed to dump his graceful boxing ability and try to present himself as a titoesque stalker at that point;(

After the mess were in right now? The value of the dollar has went to shit with republicans in control. I'm all for letting the other side have a go at digging us out of this ditch. There's a reason why everybody is buying Gold instead of stocks..

Economy is cyclical. Things will rebound. A lot of the problems right now stem from things that happened during the 90's when the President Chosen By The Media was in office.

But, this is a discussion for the war room. I'll just start hoping that all of Arum's fighters get crushed to teach him not to get involved in politics.

As Winston Churchill said:

Democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried.

2 party system will never die. The reason is because the right and the left already have guaranteed yes men. You have your churches pitching the republican or damnation lines. You have hollywood pitching the left wing or your cruel line. A lot of people just listen to those influences. So long as that is the case, there will never be an indipendent president. The reason is because he has to earn every one of his votes and in doing so has to ask which ever party he leans closest too to take the risk that their vote will be split in half and give the opposing party the victory... In example Nadar's votes would have placed Gore in the whitehouse had he not been there.
