I've never seen a 24 hour line jump like that for a fight NOT in vegas, something weird is going on.

So I've been thinking about doing some online betting. Can you guys reccomend a safe site. I've been hearing that many betting sites dont pay off and there is pretty much nothing you can do about it.
Also, does anybody know what the law is regarding online betting and if these opperate on a loop hole? I'm a bit paranoid. Thanks.
