And he lives in the Philippines. Earning US dollars but living in a developing country, that dollar goes a long way.

More than that - he doesn't live in Manila or one of the more developed Philippine cities, he lives in General Santos...I've been there, it's a small town by US standards. The difference in cost of living between Gen San and Manila is like the difference between Manila and New York. The USD40 million a year he's earning must be like x 3 in its effect over there.

He also acts.... he doesn't get paid much for it however, but it is a passion of his, plus it is even more extra income added to his wealth.
