Just b/c the wbc bans Chris arreola for 6 months that does not mean he cannot fight?

Chris Arreola had a fight on HBO I was looking forward to against Brain Minto or Tua or Peter, etc.

Besides being absolute horse$hit he is banned for 6 months....there is NO way the WBC can ban him from fighting right? He has no belt anyway...what are they going to do? Drop his ranking? The WBC cannot do $hit right?

I hope HBO still goes ahead and lets him fight...this is ridiculous.
