Peterson brothers. The DC boxing scene is very underrated nationally, IMO. Keep an eye on Gary Russell Jr. too. Just qualified for the Olympics @ bantamweight, the guy is a stud.

Its true. Billy Conn always said if you haven't lost by the time you fight for a title there's something wrong with you. At 19 a loss is hardly a career ender, especially when he has a name and has shown some flashes of potential stardom in the past. Getting losses out of the way early in your career better conditions you to adversity later on when you're fighting for a title or even for a title shot.

while he's not new by any stretch of the imagination, Juan Diaz has always been my guy. he's from my hometown, he's a nice guy, and he's a great boxer.
allen green from Tulsa is one to watch and if jason litzau's on a card you bet your ass i'll be watching. i love that guy
