Who's your hot prospect?
Your relatively unknown fighter that you think will be champ one day.

Joe Greene is my guy.

Heard about him awhile back, forgot about him..... then heard he beat Pat Coleman by 1st round KO. Forgot about him (including his name) - was reminded of his name and informed that he whoop'd Darryl Salmon by 1st round KO.
So, let it be known - when Joe Greene goes on to dominate middleweight (or super middleweight - only 21 right now, he'll probably get a bit bigger) I called it

Mean Joe is most definitely a prospect. I caught a few of his fights and the guy definitely seems like the real deal.

I got a chance to see the Coleman fight afterwards. Joe landed some heavy shots on him.... it took Duddy all 8 to take out Coleman (prior to that I don't believe he was ever ko'd in a fight), but Joe cleaned him out in the 1st.

I have also heard good things about greene.

My pick used to be Jason Litzau, then he got trounced on Showtime.

Not really watching anyone at this time.

Dont give up on Litzau! he is still young he has the heart all he needs to do is use his reach and work his defense up.

I use to be a huge Vivian Harris supporter.
I remember having a bunch of friends over for the Maussa fight so that they could see the man that was going to beat Mayweather.
Wow. I was laughed at for weeks after that.

good thread brother

Up until Saturday, i would have said it was Pavlik. I have followed him the majority of his career, and used to get blasted for claiming he would challenge for Taylors belt.

Here's a list of young fighters to watch.

Robert Guerrero (22, featherweight)
Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (22, welterweight)
Vicente Escobedo (24, lightweight,)
Andre Dirrell (23, super middleweight,)
Rock Allen (25, welterweight,)
Vanes Martirosyan (19, junior middleweight)
Raul Martinez (24, bantamweight, )
Abner Mares (20, junior featherweight)
Alexander Dimitrenko (23, heavyweight)
Dmitriy Salita (23, light welterweight)
Jorge Linares (20, super featherweight)
Lamont Peterson (21, junior welterweight)
Andre Berto (23, junior middleweight)
Anthony Peterson (21, lightweight)
Curtis Stevens (21, light heavyweight)
Kendall Holt (25, welterweight)
Kelly Pavlik (24, middleweight)
Anthony Dirrell (21, super middleweight)
Jason Litzau (22, featherweight)
Jorge Paez Jr. (19, junior welterweight)
Michael Marrone (21, heavyweight)
