exactly, pavlik wins by simply outworking him.

I don't believe no one is giving B-Hop a chance.
You'll see you'll all see
I mean the general view of this forum before both fighters last fight was that Hopkins would go in as a favourite against Pavlik. Is it Hopkins performance against Calzaghe or Pavlik's against Lockett that has changed all your minds??
Assuming its the Calz/Hopkins fight as Lockett is not in the same league as Pavlik.

Pavilk has looked good recently for sure, but some *****s in his armour (As evidenced by him nearly getting KO'ed by Jermaine Taylor) will allow Bhop to make it competitive IMO. The reason nobody is picking Bhop over Pavlik is more due to the fact that he fights very sparingly in spurts to save himself over the course of the fight, where Pavlik is a workhorse with heavy, heavy hands. I don't think Bhop has the one punch power to really hurt Pavlik bad, which means this fight goes the distance and I think everyone agrees that it would be quite a big suprise if Bhop can even get close to Pavliks activity level over the course of 12 hard rounds. If anything I think Pavlik may have an outside chance of wearing down and stopping Bhop.

I feel almost the same, except ill root against him against just about anybody.
Pavlik via late stopped due to workrate and punching power. B-Hop is slick, but at 78 years old he just doesnt have what it takes anymore.

Pavlik doesn't have a tight defense yet he's a busy, power puncher. BHop has a solid right hand, great defense, and a rock hard chin. There's enough here to intrigue me. Is BHop leaving on a stretcher or with the belt? Most people want to know when the old man is truly done.
Also, I'd like to see how Pavlik handles Hopkins. Especially because he'll be facing Zag's last opponent. If the Ghost handily defeats BHop then it will make Calzaghe look like a duck. If he doesn't fair well, maybe Zag was right all along.

I really could care less about watching anything Hopkins is involved in. The guy has gotten to the point where he doesn't fight and the only good shots he lands a head butts. I truly do believe Pavlik will KO him in 9 simply by number of punches.
That is if he can get B-Hop to fight him.

May sound silly, but Hopkins has a away of dismantling punchers..
Hopkins only guarantees one thing, the fight will be dirty.
Pavlik can come out with a great win, but he won't be unscathed.
