Fight friday: advice needed.

I have a friday night boxing fight. Yesterday I sparred 4 rounds and jumped rope hit the bungee bag(3 rounds), hit the heavy bag(2 rounds), and ran for 20 minutes. What should I do today and for the rest of the week? I was thinking run/sprint for like 25 minutes today(with 3 rounds of 2 min sprints mixed in there w/ the run), 5 rounds of mits on wed, and nothing at all thurs, how does that sound? I do not want to burn myself out. Also my weight is like 2 pounds over so I have to eat healthy and light all week. I was going to eat just 1600 to 1800 cal per day of cereal, cream of wheat, oat meal, lean meat, veggies(mostly greens) and garlic, ....how does that sound?

I don't want to have to go into the steam room friday for an hour or a half hour b/c I'm over(like I did this past sunday's weigh in I cut from 204lbs to 202 in 1/2 hour). I'm at 204lbs now and they'll allow me to 202 and probably 203. Another weigh in is 5pm this friday and I fight anywhere from 7:30 to 9:30. Also, Friday, I was thinking of eating a good breakfast and lunch(mostly carbs) and then taking a clean carb snack(no sugars) for after weigh in. How does that sound? And will one pound of water weight and dehydratiion matter that much if I could replenish myself after the weigh in? I'll have like 2 hrs to drink and eat some?

Alright Tiimmy, long time no see, hope all is well.

At this stage the prep isnt that important cos the fight night jitters and adrenaline will sort most of it out for you, but my only advise is to keep it healthy enough with plenty of protein and dont mass load too much after the weigh in.

Good luck.

Dude you already mopped the floor with some dink. You should know what to do.

Here's my advice though:

This time, wear ACTUAL trunks.
