Did Cotto end his camp?

According to this article he did - Pacquiao foe Cotto ends camp, headed to Vegas - Sports - GMANews.TV - Official Website of GMA News and Public Affairs - Latest Philippine News

BUT...it is a filipino source so I just wanna see if anyone can confirm it.

And if so is he just stopping camp in Tampa and starting up again there or is he taking the rest of the time off?

And if he is not having camp in Vegas do you think it'll affect the fight? I mean he did start 3 weeks earlier and Pacquiao's camp did seem to have some disturbances, but it seems like Pacquiao could come in sharper if Cotto's just living it up in Sin City for 2 weeks.

lol main camp is done but he will still do training in vegas to stay sharp and in shape, are u guys kidding me ? hes just done with the tampa part. this is done all the time

Theres two weeks until the fight
so I think that they are just going to do light training
