Buddy McGirt JR vs Raymond Joval Tonight on ESPN2

Buddy McGirt, Jr. 160.5 vs Ray Joval 162.5
Nagy Aguilera 231 vs Gary Wilcox 230.5
Markus Williams 166.5 vs Donyell Dukes 163.5
Julio Garcia 168 vs Borngod Washington 170
Bryan Abraham 139.25 vs Brian Miller 139.5
Francisco Palacios 133.5 vs Mike Faragon 134

Interesting main event tonight as Buddy McGirt jr takes on Euro veteran Raymond Joval. McGirt's dad was a former champ and is now a top trainer, but the one thing you can not teach is power, and McGirt Jr, just does not have it. He's coming off his first against Carlos Leon, and will look for redemption. In Joval he is facing a man that has been in the ring with everyone and fell just short on HBO against Vargas and Soliman. Also Joval has great hair, and that is always worth something. Even at 39, Joval is going to be too much for the limited McGirt he'll win the close decision. Fights start at 9pm, enjoy.

I haven't see Joval lately, but this seems like it may be too much for McGirt at this point.

Thanks KK, btw that fight was at 168 which clearly was too big for the light punching McGirt.

This will have to do a lot to beat the Wednesday Night Fights main event. I'm anxious to see Joval in action.

I can agree with that. And I only corrected you because I didn't want people to forget who Carlos' Father is/was.

Turned out to be one of the better scraps between Sons of though.

Who is planning this kid's career moves?
I hope the best for McGirt, but that's some tough rebound competition.
Looking forward to this one.
