Whats been the problem with B.A.D?

Seems like we have had great matchmaking for the B.A.D main events, but everytime it turns out really lackluster. So much for the tenth anniversery, being the badded season of B.A.D. So is it the fighters, or the matchmaking? Whats the problem?

Tonight the heat probably affected things a bit too much; outdoor fights in Vegas in mid-summer = not so smart.

Its a combination of factors. Mainly matchmaking. Its competitive on paper, but it has to be stylistically competitive, and it hasn't been (outside of Williams/Mathysse). There were a lot of expectations that were there that never transpired. Joel LOLio supposedly being the next champion and shit, in spite of NEVER beating anyone of quality is a good example. That, and ignorance. A blind man could see that Timor Ibragimov wasn't much fun, didn't adjust well, etc, but hey, he's undefeated and white! No one knows the difference! Plus, I'm sure Calvin wouldn't have fought Sultan anyways. Not as long as there are David Bostice's to beat on. He has to save his virginity....err, record, for when he fights a champion (and not just any champ, he's gotta fight WLAD).

Everyone remember the Montiel Gonzales, people were hyping that lik it was supposed to be some crazy war, i guess that proves not everytime you have two skinny mexicans fighting it will be good.

Worst fight imaginable.

One guy who can actually fight when he lets his hands go, has a chin suspect enough to make things interesting, and refuses to do anything but slow dance with his opponent..

Taking on an undefeated prospect with little to no head movement, underwhelming activity, a lack of top rate competition even by today's heavyweight standards, a chin that was dented by a lackluster puncher, and who falls down sometimes.

Spare us, please. There's a good chance the audience's eyes would hemhorrage from boredom during the ring announcements.

Did anyone see that they had the Quartey vs Forrest fight on their upcoming schedule? I guess, its back on again. I believe its B.A.D aswell.
