Having BF at about 5% means you are ripped as hell. I'd say Khan is at about 4-5% and getting below that is dangerous for health.

My guess would be that Khan doesn't know what he is talking about. Just like people who talk about their IQ without having it properly tested.

The lowest i have ever heard a bodybuilder getting to is 3%, and he could only maintain that for a few hours to a day.
