"Sushi" does not even mean raw fish, it actually refers to rice. Sushi can contain cooked foods but often contains raw fish. Any raw fish that is served in America is frozen beforehand to kill any bacteria. Personally, I love raw fish and eat it without a bed of rice or roll. I would suggest going to a decent (expensive) sushi restaraunt and giving it another chance. It's easy to get turned off these days because there is just so much low quality sushi out there. The stuff you find in your local supermarket is not good sushi and I would never eat it either.

Sushi is good. my favorite is unagi roll, now that ell for those of you that don't know. i sure don't eat dogs, now thats just sad.

I don't see whats wrong with eating dogs, cats, horses, or any kind of animal that is edible. It's all a cultural thing. In some countries, people would think you are sick for eating cows. It depends where you are. I heard dog tastes good, so if I was ever in Korea, or some other asian country where they eat dogs, I would try it.
