i only like the california rolls with imitation crab meat.. and i try to drown the flavor in soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi. it just seems relativaly healthy and isnt messy thats why i eat it..

Yes, and in fact I have when it was treated to kill parasites/disease.

I don't make a habbit of it though. And, seafoods are not nearly as highly infested with parasties that can infect people. (They are there, but not as prevelant.)
