wasabi kills allot of the parasites and they also sqeeze lemons on the raw fish to kill the parasites

raw fish has barely any taste, you eat it for the texture, what you will taste is the soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger,,

You know over a billion people each sushi each year? More people die each year in the U.S. alone from Salmonella infected eggs than sushi. Are you going to stop eating eggs?
