Wash hands before or after taking piss?

I see people in the bathroom all day eryday washing their hands AFTER taking a leak. And im wondering why you wouldnt wash your hands before. I shower in the morning, then put on a clean pair of boxers followed by clean pants or shorts. Its my hands that are exposed to all sorts of bacteria and filth all day. Why would I want to touch my pristine meat with grimy hands? Wash your hands before using the bathroom to avoid getting your junk dirty. Someones got to put that in their mouth, and you dont want to get anyone sick. As long as you clean yourself properly and wear clean clothes, your meat will be fine until your next bathing.

I've seen people do both but I wash after since I just touched my dick and there is always a chance of splashback with a urinal.

i don't wash after and then go around and shake as many hands as possible. same thing i do after a good fwapping
