Forgive me for being a gnub, but could someone give me the idiot's rundown on how torrents work, what software is necissary, which search engines to use etc. Apparently there's a whole world of shit I'm missing out on.

go to Mayberry and look at the sticky on top, I posted a link to what you need. just look through the pages, you'll find uTorrent with a screen shot. It also tells you how it works. |

it's like WinZip (an archiver program) only a hundred times better. You can use it to extract .zip and .rar files (.rar files are better than .zip files). You should download it. |
