Should I screw over my boss?
I teach for a private driver's ed company. In fact my boss taught me drivers ed and i came out of college and he gave me a job. i really like it but the money suck working for someone else. anyways i want to start my own company. i could either go to another town and start it up where no one knows who i am and thus making it much harder or i can start it up here where everyone knows who i am and go head to head with my boss' buisness. he has been a decient boss and has offered to help me out if i go somewhere else, but he always blows me off. i know buisness is buisness but i would feel like such a dick doing this to him. any input?
