Whats up, I am new here. Been watching MMA for a while now. UFC, Pride, KOTC, whatever is really on... Not too picky, just like watching good fights...
I don't train MMA, I am actually a semi-pro football player. I train in the gym for mass and strength and thats about it. Big into the weights and stuff like that. Supplements, PHs, ect...
