Serious question.... What is your process for making PBJ's?

This is a question we have for everyone, and to date we have 5 different ways to make a PBJ....

(PS... Man Juice is not an ingredient of a PBJ)

1) Get bread

2) Spread peanut butter on bread

3) Spread jelly on bread

I usually buy goobers (peanut butter swirled with jelly if you didn't already know) which takes one step out of the process and increases PBJ making efficiency up to 50%.

ONe huge question is... why peanut butter first?

I guess you could toast the bread as a potential variation, but fuck that. What kind of bread do you guys use? I'm all about Maier's Italian bread.

Probably prejudice, most jellies are dark so they end up at the back of the bread bus.
